1. Brief introduction

CK-660B multi- function automatic hydraulic cup making machine is a newly developed highly effective automatic machine adopting thermoforming techniques. The process of sheet sending, heating, stretchint, forming and cutting can e accomplished in one cycle. It is fit for producing PP, PS , ABS, PET and PE plastic products . Heat the plastic flake board to some degree until it is formed to make different containers, like, bowl, plate and container for various food and medicine. It can also be used in plastic package in medicine manufacturing, light industry, textile, tourism, etc.

It has been advanced and reasoned-produced with stable hydraulic system and pneumatic technology to control together. The machine is completely automatic, productive speed is fast reliably. It uses import famous brands of electric and pneumatic fittings, so the operation is stable, quality is reliable and life is long. It can be adjusted to and satisfy many craft requirement. Once all the devices are set, the machine can heat the thermoplastic plastic flake board and put on the mold, pull the piston, give the pressure to the air, keep the flake board close to the inside of the mold to form, then, cut and automatically blow the product automatically. Meanwhile, the speed of producing can be adjusted flexibly.
